Provides corporate A/R function, customer setup and billing of storage accounts, deposits and other general accounting and clerical tasks. Requires strong bookkeeping, organizational, and computer skills with great attention to detail and high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
General knowledge of accounting software desired. Training on Great Plains software provided.

Sales Center Specialist

Process incoming customer inquiries and schedule appointments for our Sales Reps. Requires strong phone etiquette, keyboard skills and customer service orientation proficient in multitasking ability in a fast paced environment - direct data entry of customer information via telephone. Other clerical tasks to be assigned. Cordiality, upbeat personality, dependability and punctuality a must.
Intro to U.S. Military customer service. Training on Movers Suite software provided.

CDL B Driver

Full time -- Professional CDL B driver for our portable storage pickup and delivery. Must have familiarity with Pack-Rat type or similarly specialized equipment. Requires impeccable driving record and CSA 2010 knowledge. Pre-employment DOT drug test. Great benefits and career opportunity. Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. Other commercial driving will be supplemented.

Drivers CDL A or B - Household Goods

Locations: Poughkeepsie and Albany, NY
Schedule: full time – Monday-Saturday (requires flexible hours)
We offer several driver opportunities in household goods (HHG) transportation, commercial transportation and home delivery. Our HHG and Home Delivery Divisions provide opportunities for both employee and contract drivers in OTR, regional, and local services. Minimum of two years experience in HHG moving.
