Jack Trow - Vice President Human Resources
Jack was hired as Arnoff's first Human Resource Director, bringing 30 years experience in the field of “people management.” A graduate of the Maritime College (Ft. Schuyler), his entire career has involved transportation, labor relations, and human resources, including careers with Mobil Corp. and COSCO. His responsibilities include staffing and organizational development, compensation, benefits, behavioral science, and quality/safety. He is an instrumental member of the Executive Committee and an active member of Society Human Resource Management (SHRM).
