Mike Arnoff - President
Mike was “born” into the moving and storage business, and by the age of 15, he worked summers and part-time in his parent's business. After graduating from Rider University with a BS in commerce and a minor in fine arts, Mike spent a year as List Manager with E. J. Krane, Inc./Media Marketplace, and later joined Arnoff Moving & Storage in 1984 as Business Development Manager where his first assignment was to develop and open the Albany operations. In 1987, Mike received fellowship status with American Moving & Storage Association (AMSA) in Executive Leadership.
In 1997, Mike was appointed to the position of President of Arnoff Moving & Storage. Mike holds the following certifications and memberships: Certified Moving Consultant (CMC), he has held positions on board of directors with the Hudson Valley Mover's Association, the Capitol District Mover's Association, and the New York State Movers Tariff Bureau, he formed Arnoff's current Training Partnership with Dutchess Community College, and he has been a leading speaker and facilitator of many sales seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions sponsored by both the American Moving & Storage Association and North American Van Lines.
Mike recently spoke on behalf of the Moving & Storage Industry by AMSA to the Government Accountability Office on consumer affairs, pricing, and quality service.
