Objective: We offer, for hire, quality relocation services for all commodities, including and not limited to household goods, computer media equipment, fine art, antiques and other types of highly sensitive high value products. Our concentration is focused on special customized crating, packing, padding and loading.
ARNOFF's personnel and equipment are continually updated and maintained to meet stringent industry qualifications.

Education: ARNOFF Employees have become proficient in all moving applications through their long term history with many experiences in moving and relocation. All Vans are equipped according to need:

Relocation Services

Crating

All crating provided by Arnoff is prepared custom designed to specifications in our company owned woodworking shop located at the Poughkeepsie facility. The crating foreman has over twenty years experience in the field of packaging applications for long distance shipping.

In the handling of fine furniture, antiques, and fine art, we have designed and created many styles of customized packaging programs. In our crating shop, you will see different types of crates and skids for both domestic and international shipping. The injection foam machines is on display as an example of highly advanced form of packing protection.

Storage-In-Transit/Warehousing

Objective: To provide the service of storing, handling,inventory control, and damage review to all types of commodities. This service is performed for all industries and specialized programs for distribution, inventory control, and security have been developed. Our warehousing methods are constantly reviewed and new techniques are integrated continually. All household goods are containerized for extended protection.

Equipment: Forklifts - ranging from 2,000 pound capacity to
15,000 pound capacity.

• Pallet trucks - all sizes for various skids and pallets.

• Warehouse dollies - weight capacities for all moving.

• Racking - custom designed to utilize effectively all floor space with a tier approach. Most efficient in our records management and storage building for our clients specific needs and diversity.

Education: Our education in warehousing is similar to that of moving "Experience Tells the Tale." Since the 1920's ARNOFF has operated warehouses and performed distribution of materials. In this field, the study of periodicals such as "Materials Handling Engineering" by Penton Publications is The way in which we keep abreast of industry changes and enhancements. ARNOFF maintains an intensive, on going training program for our employees.
