We had a great experience with our move with Arnoff this week: the office staff was super helpful, and the team (thank you, José, Santos, and Jesus!) were total professionals. They disassembled a very large piece of furniture, brought it down a crazy steep set of stairs, moved it safely, and put it back together at the other end. They arrived on time, they were friendly, and all our stuff arrived in perfect condition. Can't ask for better than that!

From the initial estimate provided by Todd, to the scheduling and customer service provided by Deb to the packing and loading by Marty, Damien and Juan, all interactions were friendly and professional. It made the process so much easier!

The moving team was friendly, professional, and efficient. They were on time and answered all my questions and were friendly with my kids running around them.

Worst possible mover
I have used top of the line movers for all of my moves so far. Arnoff (if it is considered top of the line at all) is the worst. They sent unqualified and unprofessional movers that results damage to my furniture as well as damage to the apartment at the destination. Arnoff charged premium fee for the service but provided worse service than a local mover. Unbelievable!!

Crew was wonderful, patient and good natured.Having requiried length of survey is very off putting.No more. Don't spoil the moving experience by dictating how I should respond to your survey.
Best moving experience
These guys were the best I've ever had (and I've moved 16 times). On time, professional, handled my things like they were their own, nothing broken (for once!)
