My husband and I had an extremely positive experience with our move from CT to VT. Our actual movers were wonderful and went above and beyond the scope of our original agreement. They met me the next day in VT, and did an excellent job of placing our furniture, keeping their sense of humor despite four hours of sleep. When we experienced an issue with a piece of moved exercise equipment, the president of Arnoff actually returned my phone call. Mike Arnoff gave me the best customer service I have ever experienced. He quickly resolved the issue. The Arnoff family should start another side business of teaching customer service seminars to other companies! Do not waste your time getting other quotes on your move, just go with Arnoff.

Unexpected Third Mover
I was surprised to see three men getting out of the truck when I was told that two were to be sent for my move. Luckily I had enough extra cash on me to tip the third man that I wasn’t expecting. One of the reasons I chose Arnoff for my move was because I thought I was saving money by only having to tip two movers.
