I could not be more satisfied with Jeremy Wagner and the other three gentleman who facilitated my delivery of home goods. The boxes were not easily labeled.. not all numbered but this team didn’t miss a beat and got my items in where they needed to be. Jeremy is a great leader and made sure my delivery went well and explained all questions I had. I purchased an older home that has some tight maneuvering, but these guys handled every item with care. I have dark painted walls so if they would have scratched a thing I would have seen it. When it came to putting furniture back together they did a great job! Again “parts” were not labeled so it could have been a nightmare. I can’t remember his name (Jeremy’s nephew) has an amazing ability to problem solve and assemble ANYTHING. The other two gentleman were extremely kind and helpful, they mad end feel comfortable knowing that my items were being taken cared of.

Everyone I dealt with at Arnoff was helpful, professional and efficient. All went smoothly and the moving day itself was less stressful than I expected.

What an AMAZING service provided by two specific drivers, Dan and Justin. Professional, quick, clean and this guy knows how to handle a truck BQCKWQRDS down a very compromising road. I have been in trucking for 30 years, and was thoroughly impressed. They should train other truckers who have residential deliveries they were SUPERB.

Right from the get go Brian Gemmel who quoted the job , was professional , courteous and efficient . Once the job was signed , Denise Peterson took over and was absolutely fantastic on ever level . She was an absolute delight to work with and very professional and efficient in every area of the process . ( even laughed at my bad jokes) . The two gentlemen who came for pick up were outstanding as well. Very very very kind , professional , thorough and expedited the job in a very timely manner . The job was New York to California . The delivery arrived on time and was handled equally as well on that side of the trip. I cannot say enough of arnoffs professionalism of getting the job done . I am admittedly a " tuff customer" but could not say enough for Arnoff and recommend them 1000 percent . I used them 32 years ago for a move and will absolutely use them again. - a very happy customer
Excellent company/customer service
I arranged my elderly parents move from NY to Arizona in March. I did a lot of research on moving companies before deciding on Arnoff and I am so glad I did. Brian and Doreen were absolutely amazing. I know I probably drove them a little crazy because this move was extremely stressful for my family- and I was arranging this from AZ. But they were professional and the movers were excellent. We had them fill a Pod- NOTHING moved during shipping, they literally played Tetris putting everything in this pod. It was a very cold day and these guys were careful, respectful and efficient. I would absolutely use them again. Thank you to Doreen, Brian and the moving crew.
