Moving out of state
My experience with Arnoff movers was excellent! The Sales representative and Assistant were highly professional and courteous. The communication with the Sales Assistant was outstanding always available to speak with to answer questions and update information. The Movers were clean, extremely careful, courteous kind and highly efficient. This experience was so pleasant, smooth and worry free that I would definitely recommend Arnoff Movers to anyone needing a Mover. Great job all around Arnoff!

I have to give a 2 star rating at this point in time. Out of 75 boxes that were moved from Florida to New York we still have 7 boxes missing. Our last name was on every box on every side of the box. We had a 8ft ladder we were delivered a 6ft ladder with someone else's invoice number. I asked Arnoff via email if the owners of this ladder had been contacted so that they could get their correct ladder and I got no response. Also, you have to pay prior to your items being unloaded for the delivery. We paid over 4K for a delivery based on the weight of the original 75 items/boxes and received only 68 boxes. If at some point in the next few weeks our personal property is returned, I will repost with a better review.

Can't give enough stars to Gene, Jerel and Alex!!!! Very efficient with all our belongings, fast and enjoyable to work with. Very respectful, no fowl language even when the furniture was too heavy to bear, and there was some. Showed up promptly to start the move. Would definitely use them again but hope I never need to, "move" is a 4 letter word, lol

Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome Aircraft to Javits center
I would just like to say that Dante De Santis and both drivers Bob Vandemark and Paul Dopp were very helpful throughout this entire shipment / Move of the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome aircraft to the Javits center. The Aerodrome mechanics that were at the Javits center said your drivers went above an beyond to help them through the crazy Javits center loading and loading process.
