Excellent Packers & Movers
Everything was packed up and labeled carefully. When my belongings were delivered they were on time and everything had been packed back in the truck safely. The three men that unloaded the truck were wonderful! They were polite, hardworking and careful with my belongings and house. Before they began they put mats in the floors, railings and door as a precautionary measure. I would strongly recommend Arnoff!
Relief
We did our research when searching for a moving company. We were moving from NY to Fl and needed a company that was going to get our furniture and personal belongings to the destination in one piece. From Phil Desantis to Denise Petersen, and Mike the driver, all were professional and met our needs. The workers that loaded and unloaded the truck were courteous, and careful. Nothing was broken or lost.
Professionalism
This was the first time we ever used a professional mover and are we glad we did. We had researched several moving companies and even considered a Pod. After seeing how smoothly your staff handled everything we were put at ease and comforted that all our belongings including a number of antique furnishings were in great hands. after seeing what the move entailed we were more than happy with the price of the move. This is the way all businesses should be run.

Couldn't make a single complaint. It was the most painless move, ever.
Overall good, questionable packing and increased shipping cost salvaged by friendly staff.
My wife and I opted out of an in home shipping cost estimate and regretted it. Trying to provide information over the phone to inventory our items only netted about half the total weight of what we had to move because I missed including several items. The packers were very friendly but could have used less packing materials (which would have saved us money) and packed some items very inappropriately (ie dog beds and toilet plunger/brush). Working with Yvette and Brian was overall a good experience which prevented this from being an overall poor moving experience.
Professional and fast
I had a relatively small move, but the movers arrived on time and had my move done in four or five hours. No problems or delays.
