Overall good, questionable packing and increased shipping cost salvaged by friendly staff.
My wife and I opted out of an in home shipping cost estimate and regretted it. Trying to provide information over the phone to inventory our items only netted about half the total weight of what we had to move because I missed including several items. The packers were very friendly but could have used less packing materials (which would have saved us money) and packed some items very inappropriately (ie dog beds and toilet plunger/brush). Working with Yvette and Brian was overall a good experience which prevented this from being an overall poor moving experience.
Professional and fast
I had a relatively small move, but the movers arrived on time and had my move done in four or five hours. No problems or delays.
Outstanding Service provdied
Dan, Dante, Tyrome and his team were very professional and provided us with an outstanding service. We reached out to a few rigger companies to perform this old ball job and kept getting the same response. This was not do-able. Arnoff came back and confirmed that this was do-able and provided a great price as well. Definitely will keep coming back for more quotes and jobs in the future.
