Robert and his crew were A+. There was not a nick on the walls when we moved out of the old house or into the new house. His attitude and the attitude of his crew was outstanding. And, they were so fast! Plus, the work of the appraiser and the person at the office were outstanding. They are the best.

For the past 30 plus days I have worked with the Arnoff crew moving 350 NYS DOH employees from Troy to the Corning Tower in Albany. Bob Talbot was always a phone call away to deal with issues as they arose. Mike Cavanaugh keeps everything and everyone moving all the time. He was willing to do whatever it took to get the job completed on time and keep our staff happy. Mike leads by example and his demeanor affects all the employees under his supervision. Many times when Arnoff staff were asked to move files or desks for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th time they always did it with a smile and professional attitude. During the first two weeks of our move there was only one service elevator operating in the Tower. Several times during these weeks Arnoff staff were verbally abused by the OGS cleaning staff and each and every time they did not let it affect them and continued to do their jobs in a professional manner. The main crew of John Smith, Billy Urban, big Chris, Nick, Frank, Gene, Bill Sr. and even Charlie were a real pleasure to work with. The sometimes crew of Robert, Al, Jay, Moose, Glen, and the rest of the guys all did whatever was asked of them and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for making my job much easier than it could have been.

When my husband and I moved back in September, 2011, it was our second move using Arnoff. The big difference was that, this time, we had Arnoff pack up our house for us and what a joy that was! No fuss - no muss as they say. We could not believe how fast and organized the packing team was as well as the team that loaded the van the following day. Every single person we dealt with was helpful, respectful, cheerful, clean, efficient and considerate. The best part, though, was how affordable having the house packed up was. We are so grateful to Tom and Debbie for coordinating everything and when we downsize and move again after my husband's retirement, you had better believe we will use Arnoff once more. Thank you David & Denise for all your help and patience in planning this.Thanks to Larry and the rest of the crew--I cannot remember all the names who did all the moving. We were emptying out my parent's home and shipping some furniture to our house and some is going to my son's in Virginia. They were there on time, courteous, cheerful, incredibly competent and treated the things we were moving as though they were the rarest of antiques. The two men who delivered our furniture here were the same. And again on time - in and out with no fuss. I am so glad we used Arnoff and will definitely use them again.
