I have been moved by Arnoff many times and the service has always been superb. The personal attention from Richard Arnoff and the excellent coordination by David Osterhoudt made a long distant move seem easy. The packers, and driver Bob Vandermark and his assistant Dave were unfailingly polite,professional and a joy to work with. Everthing was treated with utmost care(including my antiques) and all arrived in great condition. I am planning to move my mother to my home in FL, and I would not consider using anyone else but the Arnoff family. I highly recommend them.

For the past 30 plus days I have worked with the Arnoff crew moving 350 NYS DOH employees from Troy to the Corning Tower in Albany. Bob Talbot was always a phone call away to deal with issues as they arose. Mike Cavanaugh keeps everything and everyone moving all the time. He was willing to do whatever it took to get the job completed on time and keep our staff happy. Mike leads by example and his demeanor affects all the employees under his supervision. Many times when Arnoff staff were asked to move files or desks for the 2nd, 3rd or 4th time they always did it with a smile and professional attitude. During the first two weeks of our move there was only one service elevator operating in the Tower. Several times during these weeks Arnoff staff were verbally abused by the OGS cleaning staff and each and every time they did not let it affect them and continued to do their jobs in a professional manner. The main crew of John Smith, Billy Urban, big Chris, Nick, Frank, Gene, Bill Sr. and even Charlie were a real pleasure to work with. The sometimes crew of Robert, Al, Jay, Moose, Glen, and the rest of the guys all did whatever was asked of them and always had a smile on their faces. Thank you for making my job much easier than it could have been.

When my husband and I moved back in September, 2011, it was our second move using Arnoff. The big difference was that, this time, we had Arnoff pack up our house for us and what a joy that was! No fuss - no muss as they say. We could not believe how fast and organized the packing team was as well as the team that loaded the van the following day.
