What a nightmare experience we had with this company. We THOUGHT we were contracting with a company that would provide professional and caring service. We got the opposite. There was a lack of communication on Arnoff's part. The packers that showed up were very rude and careless with our possessions - they obviously just wanted to rush through the job so they could leave as soon as possible, and they were VERY rude and disrespectful and showed no care in the packing.
