I selected Arnoff as my cross-country mover based on customer reviews and their BBB rating and reviews. My experience from start to finish was A+++++. From the quote to delivery of my household items, the Arnoff team was professional, efficient, and courteous. I had a foot and knee injury and they were supportive and attentive to make sure they went the extra mile to ensure I did not aggravate my injury. The customer service I received from the loading and unloading team was superb. When Tom, the move team lead, unloaded the items in my storage I was in awe of how the items were so neatly arranged and he made sure to ask if there were items I wanted to take out before putting them in storage and then loaded them in my car. Thank you for making my move a great one and for the professionalism and great service provided along the way.

After considering other moving companies for our move to S.C. in May, we contacted Arnoff. David Osterhoudt walked through our home to give us an estimate. He was very thorough and helpful in determining what we could pack and what we could have Arnoff pack. Packing out the house went very smoothly and took less time than expected. The delivery to our new home was flawless and took less time than expected. I cannot say enough about how glad we are that we contracted Arnoff for our move. Not only did the entire move go well but the estimate turned out to be higher than the actual cost, saving us money. Everyone we dealt with from Arnoff was professional and did a great job. Denise in the office assisted us with finding an associated company in our new location to come and take away our empty boxes for a nominal fee which was very much appreciated.
