Arnoff has been nothing but difficult. They have terrible customer service. Agents throw you on hold without telling you you're being put on hold or who they are transferring you to. That is, if you even get transferred. Most calls just end after being left of hold forever. I've been attempting to get in touch with the logistics coordinator for two weeks. Deborah Barinka hasn't returned any call, despite being told by several employees that she's going to be calling me back. I'm seeking a credit after movers didn't move several pieces of furniture claiming there was mold on them. Thousands of dollars and two mold experts later, there was no issue with the furniture. The only issue was lazy movers and terrible customer service.
