Furniture Damage
This is the second time I used them and once again, I found huge furniture damage. Was hoping this time it would be OK. I would not recommend this company.
Move from Maryland to Georgia
Gregg Day and Denise Peterson were great from start to finish with my move out of state. They were very responsive when I had questions and kept me in the loop on all updates throughout the process. My move went very smoothly. I have worked with Gregg Day on every move since 2013 and highly recommend!
Very Unhappy with Customer Service and Delivery
Told they would be here between the hours of 9:30AM - 1:30PM. They showed up at 9:10AM and went to go leave 200lb + package in middle my driveway with rainy forecast. I was at work got home at 9:26AM to a tarped(by my neighbor) large dresser package in my driveway. My neighbor instructed them to at least leave it under overhang. They considered this “as long as anyone over the age of 18 tells them where to put it they consider that an excepted delivery. This dresser was supposed to be carried into the house and my wife payed for assembly of package. Instead it’s left outside and they won’t come back to at least help me get it inside the room out of the element. The person I called to ask about this to was very rude and mocking me. A delivery window means delivery must happen within the window not before 9:30AM-1:30PM. Also I mentioned if a homeless person off the street told them to drop it at the end of the driveway they’d accept delivery? And he said it’s up to the driver. I did not authorize any of this accepting through a neighbor bs. They didn’t even call to confirm neighbor was accepting they just wanted to get out of unboxing and assembly IMO. Great experience
we needed to move heavy gym equipment down 3 floors in our home. Two men (Robert and Jim) came and efficiently disassembled and re-assembled complicated equipment in a very professional way. They were amazing, quick, and lovely. thank you for a seamless process. Would definitely recommend.

Top Notch Experience
My office had a very positive experience with Arnoff. Scheduled a move in a part of the state where it was difficult to find movers. Worked with our Arnoff contact to work out logistics, pricing, etc. and everything went smooth. Communication and customer service throughout the process was constant and quick and it was simple to pay for the service post move. Overall, enjoyed working with this company and they would be my first call when we need a moving service again.
Damaged housing during move
This is one of the worst customer service situations I have ever seen. They were private contractors for crate and barrel. They delivered a dresser and a crib to our nursery. They couldn’t lift the dresser (didn’t take drawers out) and when trying to make their way up the stairs hit the wall twice and chipped paint. Then rested the dresser on a baby gate which they tried to lift over (we also have a toddler). When we contacted them for a claim, they responded instantly- we filled out a form and never heard back again. I followed up in June, July, Aug, October and December. Damage was over $800. Heard nothing. Huge thumbs down.
