Promotion - Nic Arnoff - VP Fleet

Malta, NY — Arnoff is pleased to announce the promotion of Nic Arnoff to the position of Vice President of Fleet, Compliance, and Safety. Nic's dedication and exceptional performance as Corporate Fleet Manager have earned him this significant promotion.

In his previous role as Corporate Fleet Manager, Nic demonstrated exemplary leadership by overseeing the entire Arnoff fleet, which encompasses a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, tractor trailers, flatbeds, forklifts, and specialized equipment. Additionally, Nic efficiently managed Arnoff's internal mechanic shop, external mechanical and fleet-related vendors, and equipment leasing, procured through various vendor partners.

As Vice President, Nic will take on new responsibilities, including the management of Arnoff's fleet procurement requirements. He will monitor equipment usage, life cycles, and forecast the future needs of Arnoff's expanding fleet as the company continues to grow and introduce new services to its clients.

Beyond his fleet-related responsibilities, Nic will also play a pivotal role in enhancing safety and compliance at Arnoff. With his qualifications as both a Class A Driver and a Certified Smith System Driver Trainer, Nic will oversee driver training, re-training, onboarding, and driver retention programs. He will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all FMCSA regulations across the corporation. Furthermore, Nic will manage fleet tracking technology, including Arnoff's Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and other tracking systems that monitor the condition of Arnoff's clients' freight during transit.

Nic Arnoff has an impressive track record of spearheading safety initiatives throughout the company, and he is committed to nurturing and maintaining Arnoff's safety culture through employee and equipment-focused initiatives.
